Primark customers advised to expect ‘considerable waiting times’

Customers travelling to Primark have been advised to expect “considerable waiting times” when entering and attempting to purchase items as stores have reopened across Northern Ireland today (Friday).

Earlier this week the company stated extensive safety measures would be in place as the province’s nine stores, including the Abbey Centre branch, welcomed customers back following the easing of coronavirus restrictions.

In a statement issued to this newspaper today, a Primark spokesperson said: “Primark this morning re-opened the doors of its nine stores in Northern Ireland, as shoppers made their long-awaited return to the high street.
