Restauranteurs, funders, sponsors and local suppliers have been working together to deliver a varied and entertaining week with something for every pocket, every taste and every age.
More than two dozen restaurants, bistros, pubs and cafes are taking part in this festival of food, which is set to become an annual event, supported by Lisburn City Council and Lisburn City Centre Management.
Planned activities include Meet the Chef sessions, cookery demos, themed nights, live music and entertainment, wine-tasting, family nights, charity events, cocktail demos, comedy hours, live auctions and DIY dishes.
