New-look Dormans night club could create over 100 jobs in Magherafelt
As revealed by the Mail earlier this year, the popular Mid-Ulster night spot closed its doors a few months back to allow the refurbishment work to commence.
The development is in four phases - the first phase is expected to concentrate on the nightclub side while the second will focus on the restaurant, followed by another two phases.

Hide AdFurther details regarding the transformation will be revealed later in the year.
A spokesperson for Dormans said all the proposed work was on schedule and the project would be completed with two years.
The transformation is being headed by Belfast firm Mc Cue & Assocaties, who have just completed major projects at Claridges Hotel, London.
Features are understood to include a state-of-the-art cocktail bar and a luxurious secret lounge.

In a statement, McCues said: “For the past 60 years our vision has been to turn space into place. Having worked closely with the creative team we have created a luxurious and glamorous nightclub, which will become the centre point of the complex. This is Phase 1 of a extraordinary project.”
