‘On Yer Bike’
In the lead up to Bike Week a special three week refresher course aimed at women returning to cycling has been organised in conjunction with Annette Scott, a local National Standards Cycling Instructor.
The aim of the course is to regain lost confidence in cycling and recapture the fun and pleasure of riding your bike. This relaxed and enjoyable course will train ladies up to National Cycling level 2, which is the new cycling proficiency for all ages.

Each session will last for approximately 1-2 hours and participants need to bring a road worthy bike and helmet.
As this is a bike week event, the training, which normally carries a charge, is FREE! So hurry and avail of this great opportunity as places are limited.
