Advice to help prevent rural crime
Police in Larne will be visiting local farmers in the coming weeks and asking some important questions in a joint bid to help tackle rural crime.
Inspector Noel Rogan said tackling crime against the rural community was a major priority for police in Larne.
“We recognise that it is a big source of concern to our farming communities and therefore a concern to us. We also understand that the value of items taken can be significant and threaten the livelihood of rural businesses,” he added.
