Mr Robin Crane, Project Manager with Next, who is responsible for the final stages of its internal build was also on site and is looking forward to the store opening later in the month.
Mr Mackin said: “It’s a vote of confidence in the City of Lisburn and we are delighted to see Next locate its largest store in Northern Ireland at this very popular site.
“We hope to see more shoppers come into Lisburn and to see spin-offs for other retail outlets and local businesses. The Council was fully supportive of this retail venture.

This is the third Next store in Lisburn; with a homeware store at neighbouring Sprucefield Park and Next in Lisburn Square.
