Drug supplying messages on phone
Forty-four-year-old Nigel Martyn Stewart, with an address at Laurel Lodge, Flush Park, Lisburn, was given a five-month jail sentence, suspended for three years for possessing cannabis and being concerned in an offer to supply the drug.
A prosecuting barrister said police seized the phone belonging to Stewart on March 13, 2013, in relation to a breach of court bail.

Hide AdShe said on examination of its contents police found messages relating to the supply of cannabis.
She said Stewart was subsequently charged in relation to the offences.
A defence lawyer said the offences were of some history and stressed that Stewart had nothing pending.
Passing sentence, District Judge Oonagh Mullan said Stewart had a relevant record, but to his credit he had engaged with the community addiction team.
She warned him that if he offended over the next three years the suspended sentence would be activated.
