Mystery surrounds location of new Domino's pizza shop in Magherafelt
Earlier this month, the fast-food retailer revealed that they had moved to another location for their new store.
“An update on our new Magherafelt location,” a Facebook post from Domino’s read.

Hide Ad“After acquiring a unit and gaining planning on Broad Street we have since decided to take on a more prominent and larger site.
“Stay tuned for further updates.”
And this week, they fuelled the speculation further by asking, ”Who knows where our NEW location is going to be in Magherafelt?”
The Mid Ulster Mail contacted Domino’s to confirm that they are opening an outlet in the town, but they have yet to respond.
They have recently opened a store in Dungannon and are also believed to be looking at an outlet in Cookstown.

Hide AdDomino’s are the latest in line of big names muted to be coming to Magherafelt.
In 2014 it was reported that McDonalds or Burger King were in the running to open a drive thru restaurant at King Street in Magherafelt.
The proposed development is expected to create 50 new jobs in the town.
There has been speculation that one of the fast food specialists had expressed an interest in coming to the south Derry town.

It is on the site of the former St John’s Hall which for many years was a big attraction for dances and bingo sessions in the town, until its demolition four years ago.
