Neill ASBO application adjourned
The application, by the PSNI, would prevent Peter Neill (41) of Hazelbank Road, from entering certain areas in Coleraine, in particular West Bann.
Neill, who has 170 previous convictions, is one of the key witnesses in the murder investigation of Catholic father-of-four, Kevin McDaid in Coleraine last May.

Neill would be unable to associate with four other men, namely Alan Stanfield, Andrew Stanfield, Christopher Doey and Jason Mann, if the ASBO application is successful.
Using foul, offensive, sectarian or intimidating language to any person is also a condition of the ASBO.
Neill's case was adjourned until February 17, as he is appealing a four month jail sentence for disorderly behaviour handed out at North Antrim Magistrates' Court on January 6.
