New retailers for Riverside Centre
The 7,800 sq ft store - a new addition to the retail park - has created 10 new jobs for local people.
Store manager William Watt, 30, from Castlederg, has been working for Maplin for over two years.

Hide AdHaving previously managed the company’s Belfast Boucher Road store, he tells: “We’ve worked really hard over the past few months to recruit and train our team.
“We aim to provide our customers with the highest level of expertise for all their electronics demands and I’m confident that our new Maplineers, our in-store experts, will be able to do just that. The team is all fired up and ready to go!”
Customers will find thousands of electronics products ranging from CCTV to Sat Nav, DJ and music gear, TV and satellite equipment as well as office and telecoms items.
As we revealed earlier this month two other national retailers have confirmed that they will open at the out-of-town retail park.

Hide AdSporting Pro, the new sports fascia owned by value fashion chain Matalan, is opening in the former JJB Sports store.
Poundstretcher which is one the UK’s leading discount retailers of products for the home is due to open a new store in November.
The chain previously had a store in Railway Road, however it closed last month to make way for food retailer Iceland.
A spokesperson for letting agents TDK told The Times that they were at an ‘advanced stage’ in discussions with a retailer for the final empty unit at the Riverside Centre.
