Forecasters say the current wintry weather is set to continue with a yellow warning now in place until 10am on Friday (January 20). However, the region covered by the warning has been reduced with the north and eastern parts of Northern Ireland affected.
The latest warning comes as freezing conditions and wintry showers continue to cause disruption to travel and force schools to close.
