Connor continues fine start to cross-country season
Over a two mile course at Ballyclare the Fit N Running athlete produced another composed display as he swept to victory in 11mins 10 secs.
Also in action was Mark McKinstry who went in the senior race over five miles.

Hide AdMark finished 29th from a field of 173 athletes crossing the line in 28mins 28secs.
NI & ULSTER JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIPS
Newcomer Anna Doherty in her second cross country race continued to improve her times with a fine performance at Gransha on Sunday morning.
In the under 13 girls race Anna finished 26th from a starting field of 97 runners crossing the line in 8mins 14 secs.
Twelve year old James McKeown made his debut on the country 3 months after taking up the sport.

Hide AdIn the under 15 boys race he covered the 3k course in 12mins 55secs.
BRITISH & IRISH MASTERS
James Wallace is finalising his preparations for his international debut in Cardiff this Saturday. James is in the starting select of the Northern Ireland team for this weekends Masters home international championships.
CLUB NEWS
Fit N Running who are based at the Michelin Athletic club have a variation of Classes through the week offering the full compliment of quality training.
Monday at 615pm is an easy paced run with 3 different levels of groups.
Tuesday at 615pm is Advanced level
Wednesday at 6pm is Circuit training.
There is also a weight-loss group on Wednesday evening

Hide AdSaturday morning session are dedicated to long runs and start at 915am.
There is now a juvenile group on Tuesday evenings. New members are always welcome.
