Dalriada struggle against the power of Sullivan

DALRIADA rugby had a disappointing Saturday against Sullivan Upper School with all the junior teams struggling to match the power and precision of all their junior sides.

The only consolation was in the 1st XV fixture were the Ballymoney boys matched their Belfast counterparts right to the final whistle. Going into the last play they only behind by a point and conceded right on full time.

An early Sullivan try from a kick charged down saw Dalriada 5-0 down. John Laughlin kicked two well taken penalties to put the half time score at 5-6 to Dalriada.
