Carrick don’t look back in Bangor
Conor McCloskey gave the Rangers the lead from the penalty spot with nine minutes gone after winger Correy Davidson had been fouled in the area.
But Bangor were back on level terms just two minutes later when former Carrick player Ryan Murray equalised with a strike from just inside the 18-yard box.

Hide AdFrankie Wilson’s side were reduced to 10 men in the first half as Glenn Bowers saw red for a mistimed challenge and they were really up against it when Jonny Watterson received his marching orders in the second session for acquiring two yellow cards in quick succession.
Carrick dominated possession against the depleted Seasiders but they found it difficult to break them down. That was until Addis fired past Bangor custodian Andrew Dickie on the half-volley from 18 yards with four minutes left on the clock.
Substitute Sencer Yilmaz went close to adding a third in the dying minutes but Rangers will be pleased to have left Clandeboye with all three points in the bag.
