Get to grips with tennis at Mossley
Tennis is a brilliant sport and provides a great opportunity to learn new skills. The sheer fun of playing the game is something to be experienced and it’s great for learning good sportsmanship as well as improving overall fitness.
Lauren Smythe from Ulster Tennis attended the launch of the programme and commented: “Tennis is a healthy sport for life for all ages, abilities and social backgrounds. It’s is a great game for children and young people to get involved in.
