Excellent start for Dunmurry’s Fred Daly team
A difficult away leg was the first taste of seaside links golf for a number of the team, but the Dunmurry players adapted well to the local conditions, eventually taking a valuable 4-3 lead home to Dunmurry.
The home leg was a more one-sided affair with fine performances from Peter Morgan and Ward Farrell leading the team to a 6-1 victory.
