Ibrox remain unbeaten and stay in touch with league leaders
Stephen McWhirter and Robert Hawkins bagged trebles while Danny McKendry won both frames for the hosts.
With league leaders the No. 1 Club having a bye this week, Bryan McWhirter’s Thatch team took full advantage and moved joint-top after a solid 10-5 win away to Station Bar helped no end by winning the first six frames of the match.

Hide AdRichard Swann’s L.I.P.S. side showed just how much they have improved this season by moving up to 11th in the table after winning their fourth match of the campaign, courtesy of a 10-5 result over new boys, Dhu.
Saints overcame a potential banana skin game at Hugo Manson’s Feathers, winning 10-5. The match was over as a contest after frame 11 as the visitors romped 9-2 ahead.
Paul McAlister and Bill McIlroy Jr both scored fine hat-tricks. Gers stay unbeaten after defeating No. 1 Blues 10-5 at home. But well done to the visitors Lee Topping, the Northern Ireland Under-18 player won three out of three on the night. After going 2-0 down, Thatch Rockets inspired by a Jean McIlroy treble, cruised to an 11-4 win at home to bottom team Larne FSC. No. 1 Reds versus Highfliers was postponed.
The next league meeting is tonight, Thursday, December 5 at 7:30 pm in the Pigeon Club.
