Strong displays from East Coast’s Hewitt and Spencer
Further afield East Coast AC was represented at the ‘Saddleback Fred Whitton Challenge’ in the Lake District on Sunday. Dan Spencer completed the gruelling 112-mile Sportive challenge ride around the scenic but very hilly course in a time of 7:33.09.
On Saturday East Coast members again showed a strong presence at the increasingly popular Larne parkrun. This weekend, to add to the fun, participants were encouraged to dress in pink for the Giro d’Italia.
